Lavender 'Fika' 🍵
Lavendeeeeer 😍 one of my favourite smells! Especially when it's warm and cozy!
I have one of those wheat pillow thingies that smells like lavender that I heat up and hug to help for cramps or other muscular pain and it's so soothing and comforting!
Smelling that fresh lavender I suddenly started craving something lavender flavoured this morning and so I wanted to try to make something.
Here's two simple recipes to make a cozy floral fika that at least taste a bit like purple. ^^
..but only if you like purple. If you don't, it won't taste purple at all. XD
It turned out just as I wanted (except for the colour - I added some blueberries for colour but it didn't do that much really) and the milk is yummy both as hot and cool. 🥛☕
Here are a few other simple recipes on >> 'Lattes' << for the curious one! ;)

Put all ingredients in a pot and heat up while stirring a little bit. Take it off the heat before boiling.
Take a sieve and strain the milk while pouring it into a cute mug.
Cozy lavender milk is done and ready to be devoured!

Roll the dough into a long roll and cut in 20 pieces - roll the small dough pieces into balls and place on a baking sheet with about 5cm space between.
Take a fork and press lightly on every ball.
Optional: Sprinkle a bit of licorice powder on the cookies.
Let bake in oven for 12 min. and then let the cookies rest and cool down on the tray for a bit.
Enjoy your floral treat! 😄
