April Rain

It's interesting how quick the weather can change and how many faces of it one can see in just a few hours.

This spring has been the most chilly one in Jeju so far since I moved here.

April has all passed by now but I wanted to share some pictures from a rainy day.

The rain was pouring down outside but we didn't feel like staying in anyway. So out we went and for some reason drove up the mountain road when suddenly the rain changed for heavy snowfall. Wet, slushy snow. 😑

As I said it has been chilly but snow in the middle of April? That's not common here at least.

Of course the car was not ready for snow (and neither were we - not even wearing jackets) so we got stuck and had to push it to go back down again.

We went down the mountain and ended up on a cozy cafe on Hyeopjae beach.

Then the whole sky just exploded in colors.

I just loved the soft pastel colored sky.
